LTCi is a great option for members and can be utilized for a few key staff members or for members and their spouse. It provides coverage for daily living activities and covers long-term services with daily benefit amounts. LTCi is also a valuable option for non-employed spouses and offers cattlemen and women an excellent tax break that can increase over time. Disability Insurance is a smart buy due to high injury risks on the job. Coverage is for members totally disabled and unable to work based on number of acres or herd size instead of income.
